About
Welcome to my corner!
My name is Deborah, I support institutions, innovators, and teams build and scale accessible social impact programs, products, and services globally. My work sits at the intersection of social impact, accessibility, and business development, and I like to describe myself as a multi-hyphenate – wearing several hats to help ideas and programs thrive. I’m passionate about building people, systems, and processes. Fun fact: I love exploring topics in International Relations, Arts, and Culture, and I recently started writing a book!
My Approach & Values
My core professional values are: people and access. These guide every partnership, program, and platform I engage with, making disability inclusion and accessibility central to everything I do. I believe in connecting ideas with strategy, partners, and practical execution to create real-world impact.
Non Profit Partnerships & Grants: For 10+ years, I have been supporting the work of International Non Profits, leading Multilateral Partnerships and securing high-value grants for both development, transitional and humanitarian inclusive programs implemented globally.
Accessibility Consulting: I am a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competency (CPACC) and a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), I use my Consulting Platform Accessibility Lens to support companies/teams bringing accessible products and services to markets, helping them refine strategy, communicate value, and scale globally. I also produce digital contents, showcasing Accessibility perspectives in Humanitarian Programming.
Community Impact & Outreach: I believe that every child has a basic right to access education, irrespective of their disability. This conviction led me to founding KidsABILITY Initiative, to showcase the creative abilities of special needs, advocate for their rights and build the capacities of institutions, educators and caregivers on what Inclusion means.
Originally African, I have lived and worked across multiple continents, enjoying and contributing to multi-cultural communities. I now live in Europe, where I continue to grow my work globally.
